At Emerald Pond, we believe thoughtful development comes with a responsibility to give back to the communities we call home. Our first charitable initiative will support Turtle Rescue of the Hamptons, with proceeds from our two current Hamptons homes helping to support the organization’s important work.

Before construction begins, turtles living on our properties will be professionally and safely relocated, ensuring their protection throughout the development process. We will also use our platform to help raise awareness and funds for Turtle Rescue of the Hamptons and its efforts to protect local wildlife.

This is just the beginning. As Emerald Pond grows, we look forward to supporting additional charitable organizations and causes that make a meaningful difference in the Hamptons community.
