At Emerald Pond Developers, we believe exceptional homes should have a story that extends beyond their walls. We are creating thoughtfully designed residences in the Hamptons while building a distinctive brand rooted in craftsmanship, community, and a genuine connection to the places we develop.

Every Emerald Pond property is an opportunity to create something memorable—from the architecture and craftsmanship to the way a home is introduced to its community. We take a highly intentional approach to development, creating moments that generate conversation, bring people together, and build excitement well before a home is complete.

Our first projects will begin with a community-focused introduction to each property, bringing together local realtors, neighbors, prospective buyers, press, builders, investors, and community leaders. Through compelling storytelling and social media, we aim to give people a behind-the-scenes look at the transformation of each property and the vision behind what comes next.

Just as importantly, we believe development should leave a positive mark on the community. Our two current Hamptons projects will support Turtle Rescue of the Hamptons. Before construction begins, turtles living on the properties will be professionally and safely relocated, while our platform will help raise awareness and funds for the organization.

As Emerald Pond grows, so will our commitment to giving back. Each future property will seek to support a meaningful cause connected to its community, creating a lasting relationship between the homes we build and the places we call home.
